You have no comeback no guarantee - A sealed brand new box means nothing
There are very few "bargains" at John Pye remember you pay almost 50% on top of the hammer price

Guys I made a mistake while bidding on a item on Johnpye before going through those blogs online. And unfortunately I have won item (Samsung Tablet), with the all the charges ( I don't know they gonna charge me $40% more with actual price) it goes well over my budget of £160!!! Now I have changed my mind and don't want to purchase from them. Can you guys please tell me what could be happen if I don't PAY for this auction or are they able to take any legal action against me?
